Operator and acceptance
Homeward/Loan Health Report is operated by WireHair Productions, LLC, 1845 Reserve St, Spearfish, SD 57783, United States. Contact: wirehair80@gmail.com. Published service terms govern your account and use of the service. You must affirmatively accept the required published version; reading or acknowledging the Privacy Policy is separate and does not grant optional sharing permissions. The service is intended for users in the United States only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Mortgage planning service
The service lets you enter financial information, explore mortgage scenarios, review planning assessments, use Home Coach and choose whether to share a package with a loan officer. Rates, fees, payments, buying power, eligibility and scenario results are estimates based on assumptions, reported information, maintained reference rates and available third-party data. They are not binding lender offers, loan approvals, underwriting determinations or commitments to lend. A lender must independently review your circumstances and applicable requirements.
Star assessments and Home Coach
Stars are deterministic planning indicators, not a numerical probability of approval or guaranteed approval. Scores can change with inputs, assumptions or maintained rules. Home Coach collects and explains information using deterministic app logic in the reviewed implementation. It may be incomplete or incorrect, does not replace licensed professional advice, and cannot verify your income, credit, assets or underwriting eligibility. Review source facts and assumptions before acting.
Responsibilities and acceptable use
Provide information you are authorized to use, keep account credentials secure, and review your entries and recipient choices. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent evidence as verified, access another account or package without authorization, bypass security or quotas, upload malicious content, or use the service unlawfully. Report suspected unauthorized access using the published support contact. No license to third-party data or proprietary guideline materials beyond their applicable terms is granted.
Lender introductions and packages
Your address book is separate from package sharing. A Send action authorizes the specific reviewed snapshot and chosen recipient; some flows require additional named-recipient confirmation. Revocation blocks future portal access once confirmed, but does not remove downloaded or independently retained lender copies. Loans, rates, fees, lender licensing, communications and decisions are the lender’s responsibility. The audited code contains no automated marketplace distribution, referral-payment or subscription-billing integration. WireHair Productions, LLC may consider compensation related to lender introductions in the future. The terms and legality of any proposed arrangement must be reviewed, and applicable disclosures provided, before it is introduced. This notice does not establish a referral-fee arrangement or authorize additional data sharing. Compensation is a possible future business model, not an active practice described by these terms. This release does not enable payments or certify that a future arrangement is legally permissible.
Accounts, availability and termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion in Settings. The deletion workflow and limits are described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict access for security, misuse or operational reasons, subject to applicable law. Availability of estimates, property data and recipient features depends on service configuration and providers. Maintain your own copies of information you need. We may change the service and publish revised, versioned terms; material updates require affirmative acceptance of a new required version.
App distribution and applicable rights
If you obtain the app through Apple’s App Store, the applicable app license and Apple’s store terms also apply. Apple does not operate or endorse Homeward. The service and estimates are provided as available; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of third-party information, or a particular financial outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Contact wirehair80@gmail.com about service concerns or disputes. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or select an exclusive court. Applicable law governs your rights and any dispute. Publication and technical verification are not legal approval of the service or any future financial-service or referral arrangement.
